Be a volunteer with the Akagera Good Neighbors NGO and help street children. Our mission is to assist children to overcome their traumatic experiences and reintegrate them into education and possibly into their biological families. If it is not possible, to find adopting families for the children. Seven days a week we offer them structured tutoring and coaching in various skills like music and acrobatics. We believe that it is not enough to empower only the children but also the families. That is why we need various forms of help from teaching, administration to psychosocial support.
